The 7 Vials of Wrath in the Tribulation

THE TRIBULATION SOLDIER TEACHING #8

With the Seventh Trumpet having sounded, this begins the climax of God’s judgements with the pouring, of the 7 Vials of Wrath. These add to the judgements which have continued throughout the Tribulation Period, however these are more final and universal, affecting mankind more directly. They will be rapid, more intense and grievous, but one of the most interesting aspects of this short season will be the fact, that there will be no repentance invited by God nor shown by mankind. In fact, mankind rebels even more and curses the Name of God on a very deep level, bringing to a close man’s final opportunity, to come to Him. In many ways, the Tribulation Period represents one of the last great displays of God’s love, compassion and desire, to reach the hearts of men. But as the Scriptures clearly show, there will be no change of mind in the closing months of the Tribulation.

The 1st Vial of Wrath: ‘Grievous Sores’

(Rev 16:1)  And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.

(Rev 16:2)  And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth, and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his (the anti-christ’s) image.

The 2nd Vial of Wrath: ‘All Sealife Killed’

(Rev 16:3)  And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea, and it became as the blood of a dead man, and every living soul died in the sea.

The 3rd Vial of Wrath ‘Fresh Water Turned to Blood’

(Rev 16:4)  And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters, and they became blood.

The 4th Vial of Wrath: ‘The Sun’s Heat Increased’

(Rev 16:8)  And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun, and power was given to him to scorch men with fire.

(Rev 16:9)  And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which had power over these plagues, and they repented not to give Him glory.

The 5th Vial of Wrath: ‘Darkness, Agony and Fear’

(Rev 16:10)  And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast, and his kingdom was full of darkness, and they gnawed their tongues for pain.

(Rev 16:11)  And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.

The 6th Vial of Wrath: ‘The River Euphrates Dried’

(Rev 16:12)  And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates, and the water was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.

(Rev 16:13)  And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon (satan), and out of the mouth of the beast (the anti-christ), and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

(Rev 16:14)  For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

(Rev 16:15)  Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

(Rev 16:16)  And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

The 7th Vial of Wrath: ‘The Great Earthquake’

(Rev 16:17)  And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air, and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying…

“IT IS DONE”

The Seventh Vial completes both the Seventh Seal and the Seventh Trumpet bringing to an end the Tribulation Period. And what a spectacular display of the great power of God this day will be. This phenomenal climax begins with one command, one judgement from the very mouth of God saying ‘It is Done.’ The proclamation of God the Father sets off a fireworks display with voices, thunders and lightning. This awesome display from the air will be relentless, heard and felt worldwide, but on the ground, the whole planet will experience an earthquake like nothing seen before.  This earthquake will completely destroy the ungodly tribulation city of Babylon as well as every major city around the world. And to make sure these peoples and cities are raised to the ground, God will send a worldwide fall of hail to pound the nations to pieces. These hailstones are described as weighing a talent, which is around 60 to 100 pounds in weight, destroying everything in their path ushering in the Second Coming of Christ. From the Rapture and the First Seal being opened to the final Vial being poured, we’ll attempt to illustrate each event and season through the lives of the characters in the Tribulation Soldier Series. However, there can be no doubt, that this series will pale in comparison to these actual events, which will take place, at an unknown date in the future.
