LATEST NEWS – Remember that we have a large online library of videos spread throughout our social media!
YouTube Channel for Kids
NEWS AND INFO
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, we’re on lock-down only having our Daycare Service operating for the children of key workers in our community. With the daycare, we plan holidays well in advance, so that we can coincide with the holidays of their mums and dads. So even though we’re running a limited service, we’ll still have our easter holidays to take next week. Normally, we’d be away in the caravan, but it looks like we’ll be staying at home and continuing to be on standby for any key workers who need daycare for their kids. However, this is all good, and we’re glad to be doing our part in this uncertain and difficult time.

As we said before, this Cornavirus lock-down has meant that the schools have closed and now we have our David and Emily home until the end of the summer holidays. We’re keeping them well informed about the situation but at the same time, trying to keep life as normal as possible which is easier said than done. But the one good thing is having the opportunity to continue building the kids-only YouTube called Birnie Family Fun. They’ve had a great time building this channel learning all about filming with aspects like lighting and sound.

We’re also continuing with our motorbike customisation of our Suzuki 1200 Bandit which we use as the primary bike for our motorbike vlogs. So between the two, we’ve certainly got enough to keep them occupied. As for us, we’ll be on standby and also continuing to run a reduced schedule of articles and videos, however, we have a large online library for any to enjoy. Videos like motorbike vlogs and tours are not possible with the lock-down, so we’ll have to get creative over this next while until the restrictions are lifted, but we’ll have some great vlogs to share when we can.
That’s our news for the moment and of course, we’re thinking and praying of any affected by the Coronavirus at this time. I’m sure the measures we’re putting in place will make an impact soon, but for the moment, it’s a time for us to be cautious, so we’ll be taking all the necessary steps. For now, God bless you guys and I hope you stay safe and stay home as we weather this storm.
