The Second Coming of Christ

END TIMES SERIES

(Matthew 25:31-34) “…When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne. Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. And he will place the sheep on his right, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on his right, Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit  the kingdom  prepared for you from the foundation of the world…”

Christ’s second coming is often confused with when He catches away His church in the rapture of the saints. In the rapture, Jesus will not return to earth for the second time, this second coming will mark the end of the tribulation period (or 70th week) and the beginning of the 1000 year reign of Christ on earth. As he came in the flesh over 2000 years ago, so too will he come back to lay down all rule and sit on the Throne of His Glory. Here he comes to judge the living nations separating his sheep (converted Jews and Gentile believers) from the goats (those still in unbelief).

So as a Christian, we look toward the day he catches us away, warning of the tribulation to come, not His second coming, as Christians will come back with Him.

IN THE TRIBULATION SOLDIER – This moment where Christ comes back will appear nowhere in the Tribulation Soldier Series, however, our main character will experience the final hours in our 1 million word 9th book in our series, The Tribulation.
