Sharon Healed Three Times

The teachings of healing within the scriptures and in real time are amazing, bringing with it controversy and differences of opinion. But today, I just want to share a little of Sharon being healed three times, once from a potentially life-threatening disease. It seemed that Sharon had a season where there were some real health issues and at that stage, we were fully aware of God’s ability to heal. I was an extremely passionate Christian and each time, I marched off to speak to God.

The first was cysts in her breast, the second was a tennis ball sized cyst on her ovary and the third was a disease called pelvic congestion disorder. Each time was an angry moment for me, but each time I was reassured by God, to call upon the elders of the church. The first time they prayed, the cysts in her breasts disappeared. The second time they prayed, that tennis ball sized cyst on her ovary, seen by the doctor with a CT scan the week before, was gone the week after. And the third, Sharon experienced the Lord’s healing requiring no medication for the departed pelvic congestion disorder.

I’m sure you could imagine the concern, relief and then joy of these situations, which at the time proved to us just how faithful he was and how openly he would work in our lives!
