A Belated Happy New Year!

We’ve received a huge amount of support through our local family & friends and from our online readers through social media, during my season of surgery and recovery. What began as a simple hernia operation with an overnight stay, changed very quickly into a life threatening emergency surgery. However, as always as a Christian, no matter how serious the situation may be, you know that God is with you and much of that reassurance, comes through the prayers and support of those around you.

As I move into this recovery phase, I feel very blessed to look back at just how much everyone came to give us the support we needed. Our local family and friends helped us with our practical and emotional needs, and our wide network of online friends, gave us a continuing and unbroken support and encouragement, doing what they could from a distance. Thank you, so much, to everyone again, who either voiced their prayers publicly or prayed for us privately, as we endured this season. As we all have to go through periods of hardship, at various stages of our lives, I do hope we can repay the huge kindness we’ve been shown.

On the ministry front, we’re extremely pleased with the way things have progressed and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed building the Tribulation Soldier Series. But due to this recovery season, I’ll need to continue to ease back as the weeks go on, to build up the weight and muscle I’ve lost and fully recover emotionally. However, I’ll be available on our social media channels, giving me the opportunity to get to know some of our friends and readers more.

I hope that you all had a great Christmas & New Year and I’m looking forward to seeing what God has in store for you in 2018. For me, I‘m hoping we’ve seen an end of hospital stays and surgery, as I’m keen to get back to work! God bless you.

A Happy Belated New Year
