Surgery for Pastor Steven
OCTOBER UPDATE: I’ve finally received a surgery date of the 6th of November which was due to another cancellation. So, I should be in hospital on Monday with hopefully just a one night stay. It means that we’ll be unavailable for a short time, however, it will be great to read your posts and messages on social media. Thank you so much again for all the kind support and wishes over these few months, it’s been very much appreciated.
After working through a painful hernia for the past few months it’s finally time to admit defeat and head in for surgery. It means that I’ll certainly be limited over the next few weeks, however we’ll still be available on our new Tribulation Soldier Forum for any queries. In the meantime, our eBooks are available to download 24/7 from our website as well as our Amazon, Nook and Kobo Pages. Many thanks in advance for your understanding during this time, it’s very much appreciated.
For those who might not know, about 12 years ago I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and what followed was 4 years of illness with 2 major surgeries. In the end, my quality of life improved 100 fold and we’ve never looked back but now, I have a stoma and daily pain relief for the rest of my life. It’s a small price to pay considering how I’d been for much of my days and I continue to try and live life to its fullest.
Those who have suffered the same condition will know that living with a colostomy bag has its challenges and even more so now as this hernia is located right beside my stoma. In addition, our National Health Service is suffering long waiting times at the moment meaning I’ll just have to tough it out until my date comes up. So again, a big thank you in advance for your understanding and we’ll keep you up to date with my progress via our newsletter and social media.
