Good evening and I hope this message finds you well. Just a quick post tonight to let our local friends and website visitors know that it’s my turn to preach in our Church this Sunday so if you can make it, we’d love to see you. We meet at 11am at the New Elgin Hall and finish at around 12.30 and we enjoy worship, partaking in the bread and the wine, teaching and some ministry if the Lord leads.
.
The weather is beautiful here in Scotland just now and we are hopefully going to have a more relaxed time this weekend as it’s been a long week of work, so hopefully we’ll head to Hopeman Beach if the weather stays nice, so that Emily and David can run around on the beach to their heart’s content! All the while me and mummy will be relaxing in the sun! God bless you and I hope you enjoy your weekend, we’ll be online until around 10pm tonight so please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Blessings

There are many Websites, Blogs and Forums on the world-wide web today and I’m sure many are operated by Godly Christians following their particular call in Jesus Christ however as always, there are those are operating very much in their own wisdom and some, out-rightly preaching false, incorrect and incomplete teachings of God’s Word. This aspect is something which isn’t new to the sphere of Christianity and the Lord encourages us time and time again, to be aware of false and incorrect teachers and test what we read and hear as part of our Christian walk.
.
With this is mind, we hope to reassure our friends, visitors and customers about our background, our family, our beliefs and our role in the Local Church, so that they might have confidence in us, our teachings and our ministry. We hope this open-book mindset will allow you to fully know us and what kind of relationship we have with our Lord and Saviour. Please click on any of our Social Media and Profiles Icons on the right hand side of this Blog as well as our Support Pages containing our Statement of Faith and C.V.

Excellent blog! Do you have any tips and hints for aspiring writers? I’m hoping to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you suggest starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m totally overwhelmed .. Any recommendations? Cheers!

Hello Christopher, without a doubt WordPress, it’s easy to use and has hundreds of free, quality plug-ins. I’d go with that first time…
